Michael J. Mullen is a former Senior Manager Disciplinary Investigations, Office of Inspector General Supervisory Special Agent, and Police Major Crimes Detective. He was trained at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and the Philadelphia Police Academy and is also a graduate of La Salle University.
